MY BACKGROUND
For the last decade, I’ve been an executive leader scaling some of the most successful companies that have emerged from EMEA (The Hut Group, Social Chain Group and Wiser). Building a business at any scale is difficult but the challenges of recruitment, team performance, conflict resolution and culture remain very similar so I’ve built up a bank of frameworks, tools and tactics that have consistently helped me on this journey.
More recently, I’ve been interested in discovering how the very best in their field build a successful, high-performing culture; downloading their unique methods so that more people who subscribe to the ETT newsletter can replicate their success.
Guests have ranged from World-Cup winning coaches to Special Forces commanders and Exec Leaders from Silicon Valley.
So, with the knowledge and insights I’ve accumulated through my own lived experiences and those of some of the most elite performers and teams in the world, I’m keen to give back as much as possible and work with a select group of leaders to apply the tools & tactics to their specific challenges.
