WHY ME?

I’ve spent my life working in incredible teams both in elite sports and business.

Achieving a big, scary goal with your teammates is one of the best feelings in the world (not sure if you can tell by our faces crossing the finish line at Hyrox below 🏁)

Since I was a kid, I’ve been obsessed with sports. Our school water polo team won the National Championships in every age group (even though I had no idea about nutrition looking at my size back then 😅)

Then I was part of the team that took our Spanish rugby team to their first National Finals in the club’s history.

Following my sports career, I’ve substituted the pool and rugby pitch for the boardroom.

My first taste of the business world was back in 2015 when I joined forces with now Dragon’s Den entrepreneur, Steven Bartlett, to scale his first company Social Chain.

We became one of the largest social media publishers in the world with 300m+ followers, where we opened offices in New York, London, Manchester and Berlin and ran marketing campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world: Coca-Cola, Nike, 20th Century Fox and Apple.

The growth was unprecedented - we went from a small team in Manchester in 2015 to a global IPO on the German Stock Exchange within 4 years.

THE UK’S LARGEST TECH IPO WITH THE HUT GROUP

After the successful IPO, I spent the next year helping the CEO of The Hut Group (the holding group of e-commerce giants - MyProtein & LookFantastic) scale their partnership infrastructure ahead of what became the UK’s largest-ever tech IPO in 2020.

ADVISING GLOBAL LEADERSHIP TEAMS

Since 2020, I’ve been advising some of the biggest brands in the world on how to attract world class talent and build high-performing teams (Nike, Kraft Heinz, Frasers Group, LVMH, Sky, Comcast, Worldpay, Knight Frank, KFC, L’Oréal).

Fast forward to today… I’m more passionate than ever to share this knowledge on high-performance, leadership, team building and culture with you, as I’ve seen the impact it can have within my own peer group.

I’m also the father of two awesome rugrats and have the best wife in the world who puts up with my 5am wakeups and regular YouTube motivation video binges. In all seriousness, if any of you have the blueprint to juggling all areas of life without dropping any balls… I’m all ears 😅

I’d love us to build the biggest community of leaders around the world, all striving to build high-performing teams in every sector.
